Cute Bio Gel Nail Colours – Gel nail polish is a liquid gel which usually comes in a jar or pot. The gel liquid is painted to the nail in the same way that nail polish is, but it is easier as it levelling and you won’t leave brush strokes. Each coat of polish is treated under a LED lamp for 15 to 60 seconds or a UV lamp for two to three minutes (based on the gloss lamp and brand).
This curing process sets the gel. The gloss does not dry until it moves beneath the lamp, so any slips are significantly more easy to rectify. After healing, the gel polish is hard, but will have a layer left, ready to bond into the next layer. Additional coats can be applied after each layer is treated.

Gel polish isn’t bad for your natural nails. Reports of nail damage from gel polish can be common but removal usually causes that — for example if polish is pulled/picked off or nails are scraped during the elimination process.
To keep nails healthy, it is a great idea to use cuticle oil into your nails after each removal procedure (this applies to normal nail polish too). Cuticle oil will help to nourish the nail bed and promote growth. You don’t use the cuticle oil before afterwards — make sure if you’re applying a different gel manicure straight away.
