Inspirational Gel Nails Light Box – Gel nail polish is a liquid gel which usually comes in pot or a bottle. The gel liquid is painted to the nail in the way that normal nail polish is, but it is more easy as it levelling and you won’t leave brush strokes. Each coat of gloss is treated under a LED lamp for 15 to 60 minutes or a UV lamp for two to three minutes (depending on the polish brand and lamp).
This curing process sets the gel. The gloss doesn’t dry until it goes beneath the lamp, so any slips are significantly easier to rectify. After curing, the gel gloss is hard, but may have a sticky layer ready to bond into the next layer. Additional coats may be applied after every layer is treated.

Gel polish isn’t bad for your natural nails. Reports of nail damage from gel polish can be common if gloss is pulled/picked off, but this is often brought on by elimination — such as or nails are scraped during the removal process.
To keep nails healthy, it’s a great idea to use cuticle oil to your nails after each removal procedure (this applies to regular nail polish too). Cuticle oil helps to nourish the nail bed and promote strong growth. You don’t apply the cuticle oil until later — make sure if you are applying a different gel manicure off.
