H-E-B supermarkets, according to their official website, will be open and operating at regular hours on July 4th. There will be a pharmacy at the store open from 10 am to 5 pm, as well as curbside pick-up and home delivery.
H-E-B changed their in-store mask policy after the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) revised their Covid-19 guidelines to allow people who have been fully vaccinated to go without a mask. Everyone who has been fully immunised will no longer be required to wear masks when shopping indoors as of June 9, 2021.
